Jakson Limited // IT Intern

Summer 2026 // Enterprise AI & Backend Systems

During my internship at Jakson Limited, I built an enterprise AI chatbot backend designed to automate Q&A across internal employee portals like HRMS and LMS.

The goal was providing instant answers while ensuring employee PII (personally identifiable information) never leaked to external models. I engineered a deterministic request pipeline in FastAPI that verifies permissions and scrubs sensitive data before generation. Standard company questions are resolved directly from relational SQL databases to eliminate unnecessary LLM costs.

Full backend verified with 69 unit tests across 14 modules.

A Little About Me

Abhinav Kataria

BIT Mesra, Ranchi // India

I enjoy building software that works reliably and feels good to use.

I'm a Computer Science student at BIT Mesra (class of 2027). A lot of my time is spent between writing backend services in Python & Node.js, building interactive web interfaces, and solving algorithmic problems in C++.

I like working on problems that require solid engineering fundamentals—like designing a safe, authenticated internal chatbot during my internship at Jakson Group, or orchestrating real-time WebSocket delivery routes on NexRoute.

When I'm not coding, I lead tech sessions and workshops at the IEEE Student Chapter and explore new design and frontend ideas.
